Release: December 1993
aka: Jaguar 64
The Atari Jaguar is the first 64-bit system, although that statement is often debated. The Jaguar contained 5 processor chips. 2 were 64-bit. The Nintendo 64 is considered by many to be the first 'true' 64-bit system.

On August 24, 1995, the Jaguar CD was released. This double-speed CD-ROM unit fits into the cartridge slot of the Jaguar. The drive came with 2 games, Blue Lighting and Vid Grid.
This unit plugged into the back of the Jaguar. It has a jack for a headset so players can communicate online. The only game for this modem is Ultra Vortex.
2× CD-ROM attatchment which plays Jaguar CD games.
